The black kid in Role Models

http://www.blogcdn.com/www.blackvoices.com/blogs/media/2008/11/role-models-3a.jpg

The only time I can watch a good flick is about after 11pm when the kids are asleep and this is no movie you can watch with kids because of the strong language. The movie Role Models is hilarious and this vulgar black kid "Ronnie" is outrageous in the movie and absolutely steals the thunder from the lead actors everytime he appears.

Creating an iPhone Ringtone

I created a ringtone on a mac and it's about the same but this will help Win users with a iPhone. When creating a ringtone usually I choose a track that has some initial delay or soft acoustic before the actual audio starts as it helps me hit the answer button or cancel button before the phone starts ringing. Great when in meetings.Example "Voodo Child" by Jimi Hendrix.
I have a friend who chose a ringtone that sends everyone into a cardiac arrest ...including him when his loud Japanese ringtone comes on.

Pirates on the Plank

If you are not aware regarding the landmark trial of Piratebay or Piratebay.org itself, then you must be a good netizen or bad one depending on what is your view on piracy.Anyway, what I have enjoyed so far is the awesome messages that appear on the site since the trial commenced.Example this one ....

New template design needs your help

Guys, this template is temporary as i am designing a whole new template.I need your help.Pls send me old pictures of yourselves or us together. If none, then take a new one which you like the best. The image will be a like a silhouette, so the best would be one with full body or at least half. Suresh in nude holding up his "member" is also optional. Terence & Jake, pls send or pass me old pictures from years back, esp when still in school.BTW,I will be back only next month 20th when my mom returns from India.Would be great if we could catch up for a cup of tea as my nephew is getting better at it. Maybe TP can show him some pointers one of these days as well. Note: To post new items click the edit tab on the far right.

Received via e-mail in Singapore...Really?

DEAR FRIENDS If you have ever paid or are thinking of paying ' Coffee Money' when stopped for traffic or other offences, DON'T EVER Do This Again. The traffic department (JPJ) has recently started a campaign to berid of corruption. Every Officer on duty will be rewarded withRM100.00 if they report each case of bribery to the department. This is how they do (trick you into) it. They will note down thedetails of your IC/MyKad, and ask you how you want to settle ('Macam mana nak selesai?') If you indicate yes or even offer to give them any money, they willreport the incident by rejecting your 'Kopi Money' and get theRM100.00 instead as an incentive for their integrity and 'Honest'publicity. This means that You will end up having a summon issued to you andperhaps a charge for bribery. SO DON'T PAY DUIT KOPI AGAIN, especially if you hope to go free witha lesser amount of money compared to the fine. Even if you want topay over RM200, the JPJ Officers would rather have a 'good' namethan to take your kopi money. Just beware of their trick because the cops are now accumulating'cookies' points for their promotion and pay increment - with yourhelp if possible. They should have done this to stop corruption long time ago... butanyway it's better late than never, right?

Man vs Wild

I hardly watch tv except for selective football matches but after seeing "Man vs Wild" once some time back I must say that am hooked.I still don't watch it on tv but just get the torrents from eztv.com and I know Suresh will love a show like this just as much he'd love a "Baik Punya" in Cambodia.

Bear Grylls is one tough cookie and gets my vote as the ultimate survivor.

Dirty Mind

For some reason this headline on Star when paired with an Afro American president sound a little funny to me.

Obama says stimulus package is right size, scope

One more thing, the London 2012 Olympics logo looks like someone is getting head.

Toxic Lake

Kelana Jaya lake is toxic just like numerous other untested lakes in Malaysia. Why am I not suprised. Is it only me who smell that awful stench after the Municipal garbage truck roll down your street, leaving a trail of stinky water that's leaking from the collected garbage.Oh the irony!

Movie to watch

If you have the time to catch 2 movies make them Slumdog Millionaire & Seven Pounds. If you have only time for one  then make it Seven Pounds.

App Launchers

Where did all the money go?

A simple way to understand what happened & why we may be losing our jobs soon as the economy spirals & melts down.If we need anything more simpler, the word is called GREED!
